- TARGET ALL Phase I Gene Expression Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 data are now publicly accessible from the TARGET public ftp server via the TARGET Data Matrix.
- TARGET ALL Phase I Copy Number Protected Level 2 data is now available to approved users.
- TARGET ALL Phase I Copy Number Level 3 and Level 4 data are now publicly accessible via the TARGET Data Matrix.
- The TARGET ALL Phase I Kinome Linking Table is now available to approved users while the related list of sequenced kinome genes is publicly accessible from the TARGET Data Matrix.
- TARGET Sequencing Level 1 data links have been activated and now link to a list of TARGET Sequencing Data available at NCBI.
- Level 3 data files that were generated by NCI for NBL Copy Number analyses were removed from the TARGET Data Matrix. Any data that was removed will be replaced by data to be submitted by TARGET project teams.
- Sequencing analyses previously labeled "Transcriptome" have been renamed to "RNA-Seq".

in any of the analysis columns.
